hihotels by Hospitality International Assurance & Marketing Program Director Penny Duelk was recently appointed to the Advisory Council for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business.
Executive certificate programs at the Stillman School of Business empower individuals and firms to re-imagine how they approach business in today’s competitive landscape. Customer Experience Program classes help professionals develop deeper customer insights and learn how to integrate innovative digital methodology that make their organization stand apart from the competition.
Penny is joined on the council by advisors from companies such as ADP, Amazon, IBM, J&J, Merck, Microsoft, NBA, NBC, NJ Transit, Samsung and Wells Fargo, making up a team of accomplished experts who offer innovative advice and dynamic perspectives in their areas of focus. The council will support Seton Hall’s faculty and program managers in delivering relevant offerings and strengthening the fundamental mission of the school’s Customer Experience Certificate Program.
This is an exciting accolade for Penny, who has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 12 years and also has vast experience in interior design, marketing and advertising. With hihotels, she helps franchisees focus on increasing ROI by implementing customized sales & marketing strategies and teaches them the customer service end of the business. During her visits to properties, Penny creates achievable action plans and has developed strong relationships with vendors to assist her properties in attaining their goals.
